Deborah Grant

Deborah is the Director of Savi Group Pty Ltd, a consultancy focused on addressing governance and change management in the health sector, as well as in the local government and small business arenas.

Deborah has held senior executive positions within both public and private health services, and worked in acute, community and tertiary sectors. Deborah has over thirty years experience in the health industry.  She is a consultant Surveyor for the Australian Council of Health Care Services and is conversant with all aspects of Health Service Governance including Corporate, Clinical and Community Governance. As a registered nurse, midwife and diabetes educator, she has first hand experience in working interdisciplinary between medical, allied health and nursing practitioners.

Deborah has extensive experience in change management, including catastrophic and inspirational change.  Her extensive networking and communication skills brings to the workshops, practical examples of how to enable change through effective leadership, engagement and communication.
